I am passionate about empowering, supporting, and educating children and families to reach their optimal health. Nutrition is important to your child’s health, development, growth, and general well-being. What your child eats can make a big difference in how well they thrive and grow.
I provide evidence-based recommendations and use a holistic approach through treating whole person. Individualised treatment plans include dietary and lifestyle recommendations and suggesting supplementation as needed. I also provide practical ways of incorporating nutritional dense food into your child’s diet, and consider factors including your families schedule, the foods you like to eat and whether you have other children with different nutritional needs.
I believe in nurturing each child nutritionally, physically, and emotionally, and supporting each family toward good nutrition. I have experience with ASD, ADHD, nervous system disorders, food intolerances, gastrointestinal conditions, immune health, and skin conditions. I also work as a disability support worker, in which I have gained practical knowledge within the industry.
I enjoy cooking, being outdoors, actively participating in the community, and meeting new people.
I look forward to meeting you at Family Time Australia.
